Grammy-nominated guitarist/composer/producer Danny Abel is one of the most in demand musicians in New Orleans. He has toured extensively with Tank and The Bangas, Big Freedia, Erica Falls, and plays with countless groups in the Crescent City. For years now, Danny has also composed music for commercials, TV, and video with Andrew Meehan and their company Brown Hound Sounds. Together they have a vast array of experience producing music for artists and film productions alike, and in 2023 their company won an ADDY Award for best music in a commercial. With access to practically any New Orleans musician and an extensive knowledge of musical styles and genres, Brown Hound Sounds has established itself as one of the premier NOLA-based music production teams.
