Melissa is a freelance filmmaker who moved from Louisiana’s capital city to the Big Easy to study Film and Theatre Arts at the University of New Orleans. In the decade since, she has worked as an Editor, Assistant Editor & Digital Imaging Technician--offloading + verifying all media, performing live color grading on set and generating graded dailies at wrap. She specializes in projects that allow her to bridge the gap between the shoot and the first cut.
